Explore the heartwarming collaboration between houses of worship like Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Parish and other compassionate organizations, uniting for more than a decade to offer nightly suppers from May to September. Originating as a response to the seasonal gap left by the PADS Shelter Program, this initiative has blossomed into a supportive network. Together, we’ve cultivated a community where all are welcome to share nourishing meals and genuine support. Whether you’re in need or ready to lend a hand, there’s a place for you in our community-driven initiative. Let’s build a network of care and compassion together!

Beyond addressing homelessness and food insecurity, here at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament, we extend our reach to host a community supper. Embracing others in the community who may need a little extra help, such as seniors, widows, widowers and single parents, we create a warm space where all are welcome to share balanced meals and support. If you're seeking a hearty, nutritious homecooked meal, join us at the table—no questions asked!

For those eager to make a difference, consider supporting Summer Suppers by shopping, cooking, prepping, serving or even donating. Extending beyond homelessness to embrace seniors, widows, widowers and single parents, we aim to build a compassionate community through our Parish's Summer Suppers Program. Here’s how you can help:
In Person: Join us in building a compassionate community by watching for the collection bins in the vestibules and keeping an eye on the bulletin and eNewsletter for monthly signups with opportunities to Shop, Cook, Prep or Serve.
Poor Box: Donations to the Poor Box, located in the vestibules of both Queen of the Rosary and St. Julian Eymard Churches, help support our Good Samaritan outreach through Summer and Winter Suppers, Catholic Charities Dinners and more!
Online Giving: Scroll down to donate online using our secure online giving platform, or drop any envelope marked "Summer Suppers" into the offertory basket when you come to Mass.
