Our Parish Council and Queen of the Rosary School Parents Club invite you to Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament’s first ever Family Fall Fest on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at Queen of the Rosary, immediately following the 10:30am Mass. Uniting elements from the beloved Parish Picnic and the famous QR School Fall Festival, this will be a uniquely Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament event you won’t want to miss!
Traditionally, the Fall Fest has been one of the Parents Club’s largest fundraisers of the year for our parish school. Proceeds from this year’s event will be shared between the School and the Parish. Donations will support education, faith formation and ministry here at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament and Queen of the Rosary School.
The Family Fall Fest will be here before you know it, so avoid the lines and save some money by ordering
wristbands and tickets in advance. We have a fabulous lineup of fall fun for all ages including:
• Chicago Bears Game on the Big Screen
• Elk Grove Fire Department Touch-a-Truck
• 50/50 Split the Pot Raffle and Wine & Dine
• Bounce Houses, Games and Prizes
• Crafts and Face Painting
• Cake Walk
• Bags Tournament
• Beer & Wine (21 and older only, wristbands and tickets for purchase at the event)
• Food and snacks included

Wristband: Includes access to bounce houses, unlimited games and one (1) craft per child.

Tickets: Use to participate in face painting, additional crafts and cake walk.

Download, complete and return the Pre-Order Form to the parish office by September 26th, or to the school office in an envelope marked “Family Fall Fest Attn: Dana Arciniegas c/o Olivia,” or drop in the Sunday offertory basket in an envelope marked “Family Fall Fest.” Please make checks payable to OLBS.
