Through our care cartons, we extend the warmth of home, the strength of faith and the embrace of community to students who may be far from their families. Our College Care Cartons Program is a thoughtful initiative aimed at supporting our college students throughout the academic year. Here’s what you can expect:
Three Times a Year: Our care cartons are sent out at key moments in the academic calendar—at the beginning of the school year, during Advent and during Lent. These packages coincide with times of transition and reflection, offering students a reminder of our support and care.
Unique Contents: Each care carton is carefully curated to offer a personalized touch. From snacks that evoke the flavors of Chicago to faith-related items that uplift the spirit, every item is chosen with love and consideration.
Expressions of Love and Prayer: Alongside the tangible gifts, our care packages carry our prayers and well-wishes. Students will know that they are cherished and supported by our faith community, even from afar.
Stay Connected: Included in each package are well wishes and updates on what’s happening back home. Whether it’s news about Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Parish or invitations to join us during breaks or visits home, we want to keep our college students informed and involved in our community.
Sign Up: Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends and even students themselves are invited to sign up college students to receive these special care cartons. Fill out our sign-up form below to ensure your student receives love and support from our community.
